# Privacy

What we collect, why, and who else touches it.

## If you have an account

We store your name, email address and the organisation details you give us during onboarding, together with your subscription status and its period. Sign-in itself is handled by Clerk: we never receive or store your password. If you sign in with Google, we record only that the account is linked.

## If you visit someone's tour

When a visitor opens a published tour we record the visit so the venue can see how its guide is used: which stops were reached, the language chosen, how long the visit lasted, the approximate country and city, the broad device type, and the page that linked them. A visit is tied to a random identifier on the device, not to a person. We never ask visitors for a name, an email address or an account, and we do not use this data to advertise to them.

## If you write to us

The contact form sends what you type to our own inbox and posts a notification to our private team channel so nothing is missed. We keep the message so we can follow it up. It never goes onto a marketing list.

## How we measure the site

We use Umami to count page views and referrers on the website and in the dashboard, and to record which features and buttons get used — for example that someone started a subscription or downloaded a QR code. It sets no cookies, does not fingerprint your device, and builds no profile that follows you to other sites.

## Processors we rely on

Clerk runs accounts and sign-in, including Google sign-in. Transactional email is sent through Resend. Uploaded audio and images are stored in Cloudflare R2 and served from cdn.audiogids.be. Site statistics run on Umami Cloud. Each of these receives only the data needed to do its job.

## How long we keep things

Account and tour content is kept for as long as your account exists; delete the account and it goes with it. Visit statistics are retained so you can still report on a tour after it has ended.

## Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and its content. Email hello@audiogids.be and we will action it.
