The agreement between you and us when you use Audiogids.

The service

Audiogids lets you build audio guides and publish them to visitors over the web. You keep ownership of everything you upload and publish. We do not claim rights over your content.

Paying for it

Audiogids costs €27 per started week, excluding VAT. The price including VAT is shown next to it before you commit. You start a subscription from the dashboard, pick the dates your tour runs, and we invoice that period; there is no card payment. Every new account gets a free trial week, no card required.

Without an active plan

Your tours, audio and text stay exactly where they are. Only visitor access stops: until a plan is active, visitors cannot open the guide. Nothing is deleted, and access returns the moment the plan does.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for having the rights to the text, images and audio you publish, and for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not use the service to publish unlawful content.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and we may take it down briefly for maintenance.

Ending it

You can cancel at any time. Access runs to the end of the period you have paid for, including the last day of the tour dates you chose. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms.
